remove all the additional features. HP included so many useless features in their printer driver CDs most of which really is not needed. For F380, you need only the printer driver and the scanner driver. Uninstall the whole thing! Then custom install the need drivers only. You can do this using the drivers advance setup then choose only the required drivers.
